Any advice out there on the best product for a 20,000 Euro loan over 3 years. There is a chance I may be able to repay this loan earlier e.g 6-12 months time if events go my way. Is there a of loan I can get which gives me the option of paying off early and not have to pay the full cost of the loan i.e. the sum I would have payed over the full 3 years.

You should be able to avoid early redemption penalties with a variable rate loan. You would usually incur penalties with a fixed rate loan if you repay early.

A short term mortgage consolidation (on a variable rate as explained above) would probably be the most cost effective and flexible option.
