Living off lump sum, no income. Tax return?

I took redundancy a couple of years and am living off my lump sum. i am not in receipt of any social welfare. Do i need to complete a tax return? I have no other income but my savings. Thx!

No, as long as you are paying your DIRT tax which is taking at source from your bank savings account anyway so you are grand. If you under pension age don't forget you may need to be still signing for credits to avail of the contributory old age pension.
