Dear all,

Any could help me in the tax system of Ireland ?

I'm newly employed by an Irish company as Pilot
But in fact I'm taking my duty in Germany and living in Belgium ....
Life can be easy :)

I spend no more than 10 days/year in ireland.

On my salary slip my company is deducting tax (pay as you earn)

Can I claim some tax back, or receive an exemption from the tax office ?

In the same idea How can I find a good tax expert who could help me to optimize all this ...

Thank you for you help

An Irish registered aeroplane is considered Irish territory.

Therefore when you are flying the aeroplane it is considered you are performing your duties in Ireland so are liable to Irish tax on your income.
