limerick city internet cafe question

hi folks
anyone know if there is a internet cafe in limerick city with broadband capability that i could download a large file/program on to a usb memory stick . all i have my self is dial up so it is out of the question. came across a cafe once (since closed) computers didnt have usb ports any way

Just up from Subway; it looks more like a DVD rental store from the outside.
