Letting agent wont give me Ber Cert

The letting agent I have been having difficulties with due to problem tenants (see below) obtained a BER Cert from my property which I paid for. I have asked them several times for the BER Cert - so that I can let the property myself - but they won't return it. Anything I can do, or should I just get another one done?

Did you ask for it in writing? If not, they might respond to that.

Hi! Thanks to both of you for your replies. Itsallwrong, thanks a mi, I got the MPRN number and went on to the website and go the Ber Cert no and rating.

Spear, I had asked the letting agent for the Cert via email, but no luck so far.
