letting agent has two apartments in same place

Hi,

My letting agent agreed to help me rent out my apartment. He has an advert on Daft. I noticed now he also has taken on another apartment to let in the same development. This is also advertised on Daft. Is it two my advantage or disadvantage to have him renting another identical apartment to mine. Should I contact him about it or just leave it?

It's to your advantage if yours is the nicer/cheaper of the two, because people viewing the other one might prefer yours instead.
Best case for the agent is they rent both of them, but obviously the more desirable one is likely to go first
