I have been making full maintenance payments since day one and have my son every second weekend.
I would like to apply to the Court for joint guardianship of my son-his mother refused to acknowledge my right to this when I asked her.
My question is this:where do i apply,given that we live in adjacent counties?Do I apply in the county they are living in,or mine?A Large River separates us so could be different court districts.
