Legal costs for sale of house

Hi Folks
May be selling my house. Cheapest quote from solicitor for handling the sale is so far €1,250 incl.
Is this a good price, or has anyone got cheaper.

It's a good price. It equates to approx. €900 + VAT + outlay. You might get another €50 shaved off somewhere - but that is about it.

( NOTE: I do not recommend shopping for conveyancing services based on price alone. That said, if there is ever a time to do so, do it when selling rather than buying).

Think you're right seems to be the best price. And have used this solicitor a few years back and he was good.
