Leaving Ireland - who do I owe tax to

For the last few years, I have been living in Ireland and self-employed, billing two companies outside the EU and paying tax here (Working online). I left Ireland at the start of June, so from now on I'll be living abroad and working for companies outside of Ireland. Am I right in thinking that for this year I will owe tax only on income up until when I leave? Or do the revenue consider me liable until I have started paying tax abroad? I will not be returning to Ireland for the foreseeable future.

If anyone could direct me to a good resource on this topic I'd really appreciate it. I asked my accountant and the answer I got was so confusing I understood the issue less after asking.

Thanks for that! It seems quite clear. So I am liable for all worldwide taxes until I become a non-resident, and that can only happen next year. Next year to qualify for non-resident status I need to be in Ireland for less than 1 month that year and 280 days this year and next.
