My wife started working a couple of weeks ago but still has not signed the contract. She was given a written contract with the offer expiring in about two weeks from today. She has decided to leave the job as she is very unhappy with the job, the colleagues, the manager, etc. Given that she has not signed the contract yet, does she have to serve any termination period? Is she entitled to be paid for the two weeks already worked?
