Leaky Bathroom Chrome style rad

Hi there,

Our bathroom rad appears to have a tiny pinhole leak at the very top.
It's one of the chrome bar style ones and the leak is on the top bar.

What ways can we remedy this- i.e home welding kit, or anything similar? Is there something out there to perform a minor fix like this?
