Laya Laya Customer service. Not answering the phone.

Three days this week I have tried to phone Laya to discuss my renewal. Three times I have had to hang up the phone after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer my query. Really dreadful service.
 
You should raise a complaint because if you don't tell them those at a higher level will never know. Complaints have to be dealt with.
