Large pictures in outlook

Hi all,
I have just received an e-mail with 4 pictures attached. When i open the e-mail and view the pictures, they are huge and i can't view the whole picture.
Can anyone tell me how i can reduce the size of the pictures to fit the screen ?
I am on Outlook express

Save the files locally to your computer and open them in your default photo editor, which will automaticaly reduce them to fit your screen.
