I can recommend Declan O'Brien 087 8663034. He did work (level and seed 1 acre site) for me last August and was excellent and good value. I think he is based in North Kildare but you shouldn't be too far out of his way.
I can't help you with cost as you don't say what you want done.
Desmesne Landscapes (Colm Howard 087-7266610) does landscaping and he's based in Kildare town. He's on holiday until Jan 28/29th but there might be another number in the phone book under the company name as he has a working partner. Don't have a number for him though...
