Hi,

Just wondering if its common to submit a landscape report with a planning application. It was mentioned by a pre-planner. There are no mature trees on the site, but there would be nearby the site.

Just wondering if there is a general price for a report. small site 500Sq. Mts. Dublin area.

Did anyone get one for a planning application ? Or would you hold off and get if the Co.Council require further information ?

Thanks,

Brian

When i was going in for planning I submitted one (about €200)
I looked upon it as doing as much preperation as I could before submitting the application so that
(1) the council would see it that i genuinely wanted to live there and not speculate becuase i had gone to the trouble of getting one drawn up and
(2) that it was one less thing that they could come back to me on

Thanks ClodaghK.

What background was the person doing it ? Where would I start to find someone that would do a landscape report.

Great answer, you really nailed what we were thinking....to give them as much information to show them how into the project you are.

I asked my engineer to recommed someone and they put me in contact with a local garden centre
