Are there viewings or video-viewings or are people replying on photos ten years ago of houses lived-in since then?

If a fixed-1year tenancy is coming to an end, can we (adhering to PRTB strictures) able to serve notice, and evict / sell?

When is 'Lockdown' offocially over, and normal market operations reume?

A notice of termination cannot be served during the COVID-19 emergency period.

This period was initially set at three months from 27 March 2020 but it can be extended by order of the Minister.
