Landlord - Renting in a country area

Hi All

Any landlord have experiences of renting a house in a country area.

Is there much demand as i'm experienced in renting houses in urban areas where there has been good demand in recent years.

We are thinking of moving house but would like to see if it is a good idea to rent our house in the country when we move..

depends what part of the country your house is in. Normally, if it is in a very isolated area, you will find a tenant -- takes a bit longer, but they normally stay for ages. Ask your local agent and / or check the local paper.
