Landlord Insurance UK BTL

I am having some problems getting a basic contents policy for two BTLs in UK.
All appear to be automated and cannot cope with Irish resident landlord but UK property.
Would like to talk to a broker as I want cover in case tenant caused damage to property as well as contents. These are single units in large blocks. I think the building is covered in the management charge, but I am thinking of specific damage to my unit only.

Any suggestions.

Could management company assist? They might be able to put you in touch with their broker.

I use a broker called Willis & Co in Belfast who insure a property for me in Northern Ireland through a company called Rentguard. I presume they must be a UK company.
