Land registry fees

I bought a 3 bed sd house c. 1200 square feet in Kildare for €270000.

The land registry fees amounted to €700.

Does anyone know if this is correct or what the standard fees, if any, for land registry are.

I would have thought c. 670.00 - there may have been additional issues to bring it to 700.
