Land registry - any one know how long the land registry takes to update folios?

Hi does any one know how long the land registry takes to update folios? Our application is currently showing as awaiting attention. The solicitor told us a few weeks but on the phone to they land registry they said it can take up to a year but can’t also said they can’t give timelines
 
Do you mean the PRA?
Maybe you can get an answer to your question from their website or by contacting them yourself?

Yeah that’s it. I did try contact them but they couldn’t give a proper time estimate. Just wondering if anyone here has dealt with them and how long it took thanks
 
I bought in August and the entry was on the register within a couple of weeks
 
Depends what you are doing. Bought a piece of land in 2020 which was part of a probate sale. Took 22 months for the parcel to be separated and the three purchasers to get their updated registers.
