Land lease issue

For the past 15 years, I have leased a 10 acre parcel of land to a local farmer.I now want to sell this land. I have been informed by the leasee, that according to some new law, because they have leased the land for so long without a break in the lease, they are entitled to a further 20 years lease even if I don't want to enter into a new agreement. Has anyone heard of this law or can anyone give information on the leasee's rights or my rights as the landowner ??
