I know its dishonest but does anyone know any property valuers that will underestimate the value of yor property? PM me if needs be....

I hope to buy the rest of a property that I already have a 50% share of. It is valued above the stamp duty threshold but if I could get it valued at €317k I will not have to pay revenue any stamp duty on the half I purchase.....
