I Introuble83 Registered User Messages 323 10 Jan 2021 #2 I received a quote of 60k for a 25sq metre extension . This includes a wall removal and bathroom installation under the staircase . That’s with a pitch roof . Depends a lot on the finish but for 40 sq metre I suspect around 65k plus vat .
