Key for Rationel door.

I need to get a spare key for a Rationel door. Went to key cutters and they said they needed special 'blind' key only available from Rationel. Have been on to Rationel quite a lot ( much more than I want to have to) over last few months and although they are very agreeable about ordering this blind from 'the North' they havent produced the goods. This has been going on since last April.

Has anyone else solved this problem?

Would be interested to know how you get on with this. I have had Rationel doors installed and will need to get extra keys cut for the family shortly
 
I've now been told that there is a key cutter at the top of William St in Limerick who can cut these keys. Haven't had a chance to go yet but will let you know.
 
As above the keysmiths is called Ryans, it is at the top of William St in Limerick and they cut the key within about a minute or two for €6.50. Apparently they are the only ones in the area with permission to cut these keys.

Presume if they can do it there are some others who can scattered about the country. It would have been nice of Rationel to inform me of this...

I need a Rationel key copied and came across this post. Do you happen to know if Ryan's are still in business and their telephone contact?

Does anyone know if anyone has permission to cut Rationel keys in Dublin area?
