Hi,
Just wondering if anybody could give a bit of advise with regard KBC..I have just called their helpline and was told that my mortgage is been included in the central bank review. I had an apartmemt which I subsequently let out, tenants wouldn't pay rent for over 18 months and KBC then appointed a receiver to take it. They sold the property for 190k and mortgage was 380k so they are now looking to sit down with me to manage the shortfall. I spoke to KBC numerous times over the years as the repayments they wanted did not match the interest rate I should of been on. The original loan was fixed for year and then 1.05 over the ECB rate for the duration of the loan. When I called my account manager last week he couldn't discuss as to whether my case was involved with the CB review and said it would be early 2018 before I'd hear back, on the offchance there I called the tracker review helpline and it has been. Can somebody point me in the right direction of what I should do next?
