Can these two be claimed together?
My dh claims jsa as he only has reduced hours in work so claims for the days he is unemployed
He claims for me and 2 kids as dependants
His wages is around 300 per week depending on hours he gets but normally between 300-350 per week
He recieves a jsa cheque every second week of €264 (every second week as one week he works 3 days, 4 days the next week) this is for him, me as a dependant adult and 2 dependant children.
Can he claim fis at the same time??
Its just that i read another thread on here that someone gets both payments, but i thought you can only claim one or the other?
As an aside, i am hoping to go back to work when youngest starts school, while i am looking for work should i claim jsb in my own name or just leave everything as is now?
