hi 62 years and 7 months old claim jsa with health issues how much longer will i sign every 2 weeks ta

Hi Bill

from Citizen information website......

most jobseekers aged 62 or over will be placed on a yearly signing arrangement with their Intreo centre or social welfare local office (this means that they do not need to sign on regularly) and most will be transferred to Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payments so payment can be made directly into their bank account. Certain categories of older jobseekers may be required to engage more frequently with their local social welfare office. For example, casual jobseekers of 62 and older must continue to submit weekly dockets of their work patterns.

Hope you can some rest for those knees now. :)

bill54,

You mentioned that you sign every 2 weeks.
Are you based in the UK, by any chance?
This is an Irish website, so the information given may not apply to your situation.
Jobseeker customers in Ireland sign once monthly, and once yearly once over 62 (as linked above).
