Joint ownership, one landlord non resident

Hi,

I have a query about joint ownership and paying tax. I tried search through posts but couldn't find the information.

I am resident in Ireland but the other owner is non-resident. How does the tax work? Do i just pay 50% of the tax on the rental income? What does the other owner need to pay?
