I married a non national who resided in Ireland without a visa. We are now in the process of getting a visa off the government. This will take around the 1 year mark (we are told). During this time she is not allowed to work (no PPS). Is it possible to still be joint assessed or do they need both pps numbers to process the application. I am irish
