Jobseekers Allowance and registering a business name

Hey,

I know if you're claiming jobseekers allowance for less than 2 years and if you start your own business, you lose you JA immediately (if claiming for more than 2 years you can qualifiy for the Back To Work Scheme)... but does anyone know if you would lose it if you just register a business name (www.cro.ie)?
