Wrong forum Job Seekers benefit if leave a job

Hi I had to leave my job as they could no longer offer me a flexible working arrangement. I assume I need to supply the social welfare office with a letter to this effect but do you know how it should be worded and what other details I require to claim the benefit. Also Do you know if I will receive this benefit straght away
