job going nowhere fast. stick with it or move on?

Would love to move to London & start current profession from different angle but not sure what route to take. Recruitment agencies are proving difficult & the longer it takes to get any form of feedback the more I feel like I'm going to be stuck in current dead end job..thoughts/suggestions..anyone?

Hold onto your job until you have somewhere else suitable to go. The market in London still isn't great I hear.
Make the most of being in paid employment!
