I am leaving a business partnership as business is no longer sustainable for two people, also health reasons , due to physical nature of work and age etc.
The other partner is going to keep trading so business is still trading .
In the application form they keep asking questions re business having ceased .
The business has not ceased but I have .
As I am not principle partner should I when filling out form just refer to myself as self employed and not mention partnership?
