Hi,
I was made redundant in July 09 and went on JB and IB for a bit went back on JB and I picked up a job at the end on June 2010 and finished up 30th dec 2011.
I thought these claims could be linked but I'm out by 1 day!! So I'm told it has to be a fresh claim. As the sw office was closed over new year I didn't get down to the first week in Jan and now the relevant year for my claim is 2010 and as I didn't work in 2010 I'm only entitled to JA and as my husband is working (thankfully) I won't get anything.
Is there anyway I could get JB? Or am I just very unlucky??
