I was reminded of this quote for some reason watching a helicopter dropping water 'off the shoulder of Howth' trying to put out gorse fires which have been smoking away for at least a week ...

The second I read the thread title I thought of that scene. One of my all time favourite movies.
That line is up there with "I don't know such stuff. I just do eyes"
