ITV channels-technical fault on sky

Has anyone else lost all ITV channels on their sky box

all of mine now say ‘technical fault’

started off losing ITV/UTV about 3/4 weeks ago and now all gone.

appears to be a common issue in the UK but not much online about IRL

sky forum and online customer service useless. Can’t get through to Sky Ireland. Have reset box but not factory reset (don’t want to lose recordings)

2 other people I know have same issue so not my sky box

I have sky plus hd
