I am an IT contractor in dublin and am a director of an umbrella company.
As a result i am allowed claim expenses.
I am thinking of moving to the uk for work.
Has anyone done this before?
What expenses can i claim?
Can i remain with the irish umrella company or would i have to leave that one and join a uk umbrella ucompany?
If i can stay with the irish one i presume i can claim overmnight subsistence (c. €100 a night).
Can i also claim rent as an expense on top of this?
Or is this covered in the overnight subsistence rate?
