Issue in work / Work ethics

A few observations:
  1. Perhaps you are jumping to conclusions about there being some ulterior motives for this staff transfer/reorganisation? Do you have any hard evidence that there is anything untoward going on here?
  2. Is it ethical to be posting here (and discussing with colleagues if applicable?) another staff member's medical history?
  3. If your contract requires you to be work wherever you are posted then I'm not sure that there's much that you can do.
  4. If you can handle the situation then how do you intend doing this?
 
This mail is unclear,

Seems like you have been moved to another office, adding travel time.

Have you mentioned relocation expenses, really depends on your contract of employment.

Other colleagues issues, manager / super speculation is irrelevant.
