Anyone know anything about this, is it really confidential or does anyone out there have access to it. My company always say they only look at this to determine pay increases cos 'recruitment agency surveys aren't actual surveys'. But we can't argue too much since we don't know what it says. I do know there are only 75 companies that submit to it so in fairness it's not exactly exhaustive research.
Would love to see what it says. One employee did get to see it one year and was able to point out that his new salary was a few grand less than what was listed in it and was fobbed off with something else.
