Is Ulster Bank no longer publishing its mortgage rates?

I had the Ulster Bank mortgage rates bookmarked, but they have changed the page.

Ulster Bank Ireland DAC is no longer accepting any new application requests from personal customers. There are some exceptions to this for existing customers, visit our website for further information.

They don't seem to have a list of rates any more?

Or, if they have, they have made it difficult to find.

That is the page in my bookmarks, but they have changed it a lot.

I read the first half and couldn't see them.
