Some performance cars need the slightly higher octane fuel to reach their published performance figures and once they "know" that's whats in the tank, they perform better / differently.Has anybody got an opinion as to whether or not "super unleaded" petrol (e.g. Shell V-power unleaded) is worth the additional cost?
Go for Maxol E5 the highest octane petrol avaiablie for non flexi fuel vehicles in Ireland at 99.2 Average

Performance gains wont be normally seen in your average 1.4/1.6
If you have a higher performance engine and a turbo you will notice the difference.
