Now I'm a bit lost with the law here and it's better to be prepared. My hubby managed to find part time job after 2 months of desperate search. He only gets 15 hours a week. He came to Ireland in February. He is holder of 5 years residence card Stamp 4 EU. I'm full time employed for the last 10 years in Ireland, never been unemployed or used social welfare.. Only getting under 400 a week. Can he apply for jobseeker allowance? We don't have savings and it's rather hard to pay all the bills. We are trying very hard to find a full time job for him but it might need little bit more time. Thank you for advice.
