Is land considered Capital when applying for social welfare

how is land taken into account when applying for social welfare. I am separated 3 months and i have applied for one parent family and have just received inheritance in the form of land worth 100,000. CAT will need to be paid also in October. Are there other payments which may be suitable for me to claim? is there a cap on the value of land you can own and still get a social welfare payment?

As far as I know it's normally taken into consideration as part of the means test for payments subject to means testing. This should help clarify:

To get a social assistance payment, you must pass a means test. A means test examines all your sources of income. However, some income is not taken into account.
