Is Form 11 for 2012 final ?

I want to submit my form 11 for 2012 to reclaim tax due.
However, I may decide in October to make additional pension contributions and backdate against 2012.
Can I still do this even if I have finalised my 2012 tax return now ?

Yes, very easy. You can make your pension contibution and amend the return by contacting your tax office. The Revenue will often ask to see the certificate from the pension company showing confirming the payment.
