Is 'FirstActive Current Account mortgage' tracker?

Hi,

I was talking to First Active earlier today, and they mentioned the Current Account Mortgage interest rate is locked to ECB, and the bank's margin will remain at 1.29%, That sounds like a tracker to me, but I don’t remember reading any mention of it in any of the discussions here before – can anyone confirm?
