I have been in a relationship for 2 years, my partner moved in to my house and we are now splitting up. Is he entitled to any of the equity? When I purchased the house it was worth £125 000 and 6 years later its worth £100000 when I purchased the house I put £35000 deposit on so there is equity if not a lot, but the house has not increased in value??

Has he contributed to the HL rpayments. If so, he may be entitled to some interest in the property. However, establishing an entitlement and the extent of same would be a complex process. Ideally, if you feel that he does have a valid claim & is looking for compensation, the best process is to come to a satisfactory agreement on this. If solicitors become involved the process becomes expensive.
In the event that a mutual agreement cannot be reached, you should seek the advice of a solicitor.

As you're using the £ sign I'm guessing you're in the UK, this is an Irish site so the advise may not be as relevant.
