Is bank over charging on my mortgage?

I was looking at my mortgage account on the net.

Including insurance my total is 706.20
My tax releif is 66.67
Quick calculation looks like 640

The charge on my account is around 680 give or take.

What am I missing?

Thought I would throw it out here first before I ring the bank.
 
Yes there is insurance of about 50 per month this is in my 706 grand totalRepayment Amount:- Principle & Interest€651.84- Other Billed Items€54.36- Preferred Amount€0- Total Amount€706.20 Tax Relief at Source (TRS):Loan is in the TRS scheme.TRS Amount:€66.67
This is the info from site I can't see any other charge on the account.
