This was my first thought in reading the title of this post. It is a very dangerous precedent imo. I also think your teacher will feel awkward on receipt of it. I know your intentions are good but I would run this by either the head of the school or/and the management. How would you feel if she was disciplined because someone reported him/her later on ?
