Irish recycling forum ?

Does anyone know the name of the Irish recycling discussion forum ? I remember coming across it a few weeks ago, but can't remember the URL.

It was broken down by county and within each county you could browse for people who wanted to offload different types of household equipment.

I thought it had been linked off http://www.raceagainstwaste.ie but I can't find it there.
