Hello
Is anyone else experiencing problems with the new Irish Life online system for health insurance claims?
Problems I am experiencing include:
- online site saying claim has been paid and rebate not in bank account
- a policy member missing so online claiming not possible
- when putting in an online claim getting an error message saying the policy member is not live for the current policy period (they are)
I'm blue in the face from emailing Irish Life and them promising that their IT Dept will get the problems sorted. Wondering if it's just me or if others are affected by the changes to their online portal?
